	"DIEZ-CABALLERO" UN RIOJA SINGULAR
	BODEGAS CAMPANILE, ELCIEGO, RIOJA ALAVESA
CAMPANILE S.L. es una bodega que recoge la tradición de viñedos con alta adecuación de tierras y la selección de variedades que aportan la calidad al RIOJA: Tempranillo, mazuelo y graciano en sus 27 Has. La producción de su uva es la ajustada, como corresponde a plantaciones de más de 25 años que dotan de carácter y personalidad a sus vinos. Reúne las características de una bodega elaboradora de uvas de sus propias fincas, porque piensan que la calidad de los vinos se obtiene con la selección de buenas tierras y favoreciendo las mejores cepas de Tempranillo para conseguir su más completa expresión. Sus calados excavados bajo tierra y roca, protegidos por sillares proporcionan al vino la temperatura y humedad óptimos en su fase de elaboración y envejecimiento. El vino de CRIANZA permanece en barrica durante 16 meses con tres trasiegos y el de RESERVA permanece de 24 a 30 meses con 5 trasiegos.

CAMPANILE S.L. is a bodega that compiles the vineyard tradition with the selection of grape varieties for improving the quality of their Rioja: Tempranillo, mazuelo and graciano in their 27 hectares. The grape production is little, in plantations with an average age of 25 years that give personality and character to their wines. This bodega has the characteristics of own-grape-producer, because they think that the quality of the wine is better with a precise selection of Tempranillo vines. The embroideries excavated below ground and rock, guarded by ashlars give the wine optimal temperature and humidity during the elaboration and ageing processes. The CRIANZA wine remains in cask for 16 months, with three movings and the RESERVA wine remains for 24 to 30 months with 5 movings.
