LA CRÍTICA ESPECIALIZADA RECONOCE LA CALIDAD DE “OSCAR TOBÍA 2004” |

| La Guía VIVIR EL VINO 2008, una de las más prestigiosas y reconocidas, ha seleccionado el vino “OSCAR TOBÍA 2004” para incluirlo dentro de elección de los mejores 365 vinos de España del año 2008, otorgándole 94 puntos. Este reconocimiento se une al que obtuvo el pasado año en el prestigioso concurso “Tempranillos al Mundo”, celebrado en la ciudad de Shangai. En aquella la ocasión, esta firma perteneciente a Bodegas Familiares de Rioja, PROVIR, recibió la Medalla de Oro alcanzando una puntuación 92/100, obteniendo el segundo puesto de los 232 vinos presentados en su categoría. “La historia de Bodegas Tobía comienza en 1994, cuando Oscar Tobía recupera la bodega de cosechero de su familia, iniciando la construcción de unas instalaciones para embotellado, expedición… y para la elaboración, la nave más original del mundo, la que tiene el cielo por testigo, frente a la Sierra de Cantabria, al abrigo de los vientos del norte, cerca del río Ebro. Oscar basó su proyecto en su pasión por elaborar vinos, y en el amor y respeto a una tierra con nombre de vino, La Rioja, su tierra. Su único capital ha sido su espíritu creativo, innovador e inconformista, que junto a Ana su mujer le ha llevado a forjar este proyecto. | VIVIR EL VINO 2008 HAS SELECTED IT AS ONE OF THE BEST 365 WINES IN SPAIN | |
| The guidebook VIVIR EL VINO 2008, one of the most prestigious and acknowledge ones, has selected «OSCAR TOBÍA 2004» wine as one of the best 365 Spanish wines in 2008, with 94 points. This recognition comes after the prize achieved by this brand in the prestigious contest «Tempranillos al Mundo» which took place in Shangai. In that occasion, this winery belonging to Family Riojan Wineries, PROVIR, was awarded with the gold medal with 92/100 points, and got the second place within the 232 wines which entered in its category. «The history of Tobía Wineries start in 1994, when Oscar Tobía recovers his family winery, starting the building of some bottling and production facilities…The most original nave in the world, that of production, has the sky as its witness, overlooking the Cantabrian mountains, near the Ebro River. Oscar based its project on his passion to produce wines and the love and respect towards the land with the name of wine, La Rioja, its ‘mother land’. His only capital has been its creative, innovative and non-conformist spirit, which encouraged him to carry on with the project together with his wife Ana.
