	EMBUTIDOS ALEJANDRO, TENEDOR DE PLATA DE LA ASAMBLEA EURO-TOQUES 2008
	LOS MEJORES COCINEROS DE ESPAÑA EN LA PRINCIPAL CITA PROFESIONAL DEL SECTOR
Embutidos Alejandro ha llegado a un acuerdo con Euro-Toques España para patrocinar su próxima Asamblea de Cocineros Euro-Toques 2008, que se celebra los días 7 y 8 de abril en Logroño. La firma de embutidos aportará 10.000 euros a la organización del encuentro, lo que le convierte en Tenedor de Plata de la Asamblea Euro-Toques España 2008. De igual modo, ofrecerá a los asistentes degustaciones de sus productos en diferentes momentos de la cita profesional y participará con un stand. La Asamblea Euro-Toques España tiene carácter bianual y es el encuentro más importante de los profesionales de la cocina española, los cocineros asistentes analizan y debaten aspectos relacionados con el sector, como la cualificación necesaria para ejercer la profesión y abrir un establecimiento o la posible creación de un Colegio Profesional, entre otros asuntos. La próxima Asamblea Euro-Toques España, se celebrará en Logroño (La Rioja) los días 7 y 8 de abril, y está previsto que acudan más de 150 cocineros de todo el Estado. Entre los que se prevé que acudan cocineros de la talla de Juan Mari Arzak, Pedro Subijana (presidente de Euro-Toques España), Andoni Luis Aduriz, Carme Ruscalleda, Sergi Arola y Francis Paniego (delegado Euro-Toques España en La Rioja). 	ALEJANDRO SAUSAGE, SILVER FORK IN EURO-TOQUES 2008
	THE BEST COOKS IN SPAIN IN THE MAIN MEETING OF THE SECTOR
Alejandro Sausages has reached an agreement with Euro-Toques Spain to sponsor next Cook’s Meeting Euro-Toques 2008, next 7th and 8th April in Logroño. The company will contribute with 10,000 euros in the organization of this meeting and this fact makes it be awarded with the Silver Fork of the Euro-Toques meeting Spain 2008. It will also offer different tasting sessions of its products to the participants during the event and will also be present with its own stand. Euro-Toques Meeting Spain is biannual and it has become the most important meeting for the professionals of Spanish cuisine. The attendants will discuss and debate different aspects related to the sector, such as the necessary qualifications to work as a cook or open a restaurant, and the possibility of creating a Professional Association, among other things.
