	XI PRESENTACIÓN DE LOS NUEVOS RIOJAS EN LOGROÑO
	AÑADA 2007 DE LA ASOCIACIÓN BODEGAS FAMILIARES DE RIOJA
Menos de dos semanas para dar a conocer en primicia los NUEVOS RIOJAS – añada 2007, una fiesta organizada por la Asociación BODEGAS FAMILIARES DE RIOJA – PROVIR, que presentará los vinos de más de 30 bodegas con historia. Once años compartiendo los primeros caldos resultantes de cada cosecha con la sociedad riojana y especialmente con la juventud ávida de aprender. Será el jueves, 6 de marzo, a partir de las 19:00 horas, en el Palacio de Congresos de Logroño, RIOJAFORUM y de la mano de los responsables técnicos de las bodegas; serán los propios autores quienes facilitarán todo tipo de información sobre el proceso y evolución de los RIOJAS 2007. Esta agrupación conocida internacionalmente como “BODEGAS FAMILIARES DE RIOJA”, o en la región como PROVIR, fue fundada en 1992, y está integrada en la actualidad por más de 40 familias bodegueras: - Es la única asociación vinícola de la Denominación de Origen Calificada, conformada en su totalidad por familias bodegueras con viñedos propios: más de 3.000 hectáreas en total. - Se caracteriza por representar el perfecto ensamblaje entre la juventud del equipo directivo de sus bodegas y la experiencia de sus generaciones precedentes. - Es la segunda asociación vinícola más numerosa de la Denominación de Origen Calificada: 40 bodegas con generaciones de historia. - Y pionera en representar a la bodega familiar española en una Confederación Europea: en la actualidad, más de 4.000 bodegas pequeñas y medianas en España. La organización anuncia la presencia de exclusividades en esta décimoprimera edición y, como deferencia a la sociedad riojana, tendrá lugar el bautizo oficial de varios vinos: entre otras novedades, un RIOJA kosher, varios mono-variedades autóctonos y otros premiados recientemente en certámenes internacionales. 	11TH PRESENTATION OF THE NEW RIOJAN WINES IN LOGROÑO
	RIOJAN FAMILY WINERIES ASSOCIATION 2007 VINTAGE
In less than two weeks PROVIR, the Association of Riojan Family Wineries, will organise a party to present 2007 vintage wines from more than 30 historical wineries. Eleven years sharing the wines which are the result of every vintage with Riojan society and especially with the young people willing to learn. This event will take place next 6th March, at 19:00, in the Riojan Conference Centre and Auditorium, RIOJAFORUM, organised by the technical managers of the wineries and the authors themselves will explain the process and development of 2007 vintage Riojan wines. PROVIR, internationally knows as “FAMILY RIOJAN WINERIES”, was founded in 1992 and comprises nowadays more than 40 winemaking families: - It is the only wine association within the Riojan Designation of Origin, composed by family wineries with their own vineyards: more than 3,000 ha in all. - It is characterised by a perfect combination of the youth of the management team and the experience of their previous generations. - It is the second most numerous wine associations within the Riojan Designation of Origin: 40 wineries with a long history. - It represented for the first time the Spanish Family Winery in a European Conference: more than 4,000 small and medium size wineries as a whole in Spain. The organisation has announced the presence of exclusive products in this edition and, as a tribute to Riojan society, some wines will be christened during the party: among the other novelties we will find a Riojan Kosher, some native single varietal wines and some others which have been recently awarded in international contests.
