	BODEGAS FAMILIARES DE RIOJA –PROVIR- VIAJARÁ A KIEV
	PARTICIPARÁ EN UN FORO DE DEBATE INTERNACIONAL, INICIATIVA DE LA COMISIÓN EUROPEA
La Asociación Bodegas Familiares de Rioja, representada por Concha Peñaranda, directora de la organización, participará el 2 de Abril en Kiev (Ucrania) en las jornadas “Protección de las Indicaciones Geográficas en la Unión Europea: Política y Práctica”, organizadas por la Comisión Europea -Dirección General de Agricultura & Desarrollo Rural- y el Ministerio de Economía de Ucrania. En estas jornadas, la Dirección General de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural de la Comisión Europea, presentará su reglamento y principios sobre las indicaciones geográficas protegidas y también cómo potenciar el conocimiento de prácticas profesionales. En este foro de debate, la representante de la Asociación de Bodegas Familiares de Rioja, impartirá una conferencia sobre el potencial de una Denominación de Origen bajo la perspectiva de la Bodega Familiar siguiendo los parámetros de la organización europea, que persigue familiarizar al sector ucraniano con la política, prácticas sobre registro, uso y valor de las indicaciones geográficas en materia agrícola y productos alimentarios. El evento, contará con la presencia de altos mandatarios del mundo de la economía y de la empresa ucranianos, de la Comisión Europea y de otros países, como Polonia. Concha Peñaranda disertará sobre las iniciativas englobadas dentro de la estrategia de internacionalización llevada a cabo por Rioja a través de sus diferentes segmentos. PROVIR, que agrupa en la actualidad a más de cuarenta explotaciones vinícolas, lidera la presencia de "BODEGAS FAMILIARES DE RIOJA" en diferentes foros internacionales de debate, siendo la única asociación en España que representa los intereses de empresas familiares con viñedos propios en la Confederación Europea de Viñedos Independientes. 	RIOJAN FAMILY WINERIES – PROVIR- IN KIEV
	IT WILL PARTICIPATE IN AN INTERNATIONAL DISCUSSION FORUM, AN INITIATIVE OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION
Riojan Family Wineries Association, represented by Concha Peñaranda, manager of the organization, Hill participate on the 2nd April in Kiev (Ukraine) in the sessions “Protection of the Gepgraphic Designations in the European Union: Policy and Practice”, organized by the European Commission ?General Direction of Agriculture and Rural Development? and the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy. During these sessions, the General Direction of Agriculture and Rural Development of the European Commission will present its regulations and principles about the protected geographic designations and how to empower the knowledge of professional training. In this discussion forum, the representative of PROVIR, will give a lecture about the potential of a Designation of Origin through the perspective of a Family Winery, following the parameters of the European Organization, which seeks to familiarize the Ukrainian sector with the policy and the practice about registration, usage and value of the geographic designations as regards agriculture and nourishment. Several mandatories of the worlds of economy and business, from Ukraine, the European Commission and other countries such as Poland, will participate in this event. Concha Peñaranda will talk about the initiatives framed within the internationalization strategy carried out by La Rioja. PROVIR, which groups together more than forty wine exploitations currently, heads the presence of “RIOJAN FAMILY WINERIES” in different international discussion Fora, being the only association in Spain which represents the interest of family companies with their own vineyards in the European Confederation of Independent Vineyards.
